Software Implementation Requirements

The following technical information will ensure the successful installation, configuration, and operation of Titlesoft 2.0 software platform. Its essential baseline operating system, internet, network and general hardware related requirements are adhered to as Titlesoft will only provide technical support to customers running on supported environments outlined below.

Option 1: Titlesoft Cloud Hosted Platform

Workstations | Computers: Supported MS Windows 10+, Mac, Linux, etc. with reliable internet access.
Any computer or handheld portable device may access INTELLAclose and related applications through any preferred web-browser that supports HTML5.
Unsupported, or otherwise outdated operating systems and hardware should not be run due to security and performance related production concerns.

Option 2: Client Locally Hosted Platform

Server and general network resources should be scaled properly to ensure system performance (ex. RAM, Internet Bandwidth, etc.), based upon user community size, peak loads, file storage, etc. Titlesoft requires approximately 50MB RAM/user.
Technical requirements in Option 1 above apply for application (user) access.
Requires Titlesoft approval client has adaquate in-house IT expertise to ensure nominal system performance.
Static IP address is required.

Word Processor

Supported version of Microsoft Word is required for select users to create or modify custom closing documents for production use.

Printers

Any commercially desirable laser printer may be used.

Local Area Network Operation (LAN)

TCP/IP network protocol's required for printing and locally-hosted software configurations.
Ensure appropriate network drivers are installed and properly configured as supplied from preferred hardware vendor.
